Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Fitness Club Manager to join our team at Workout Anytime Portland Downtown. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in the fitness industry and a proven track record of driving new membership sales and improving member retention.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new membership sales through effective marketing campaigns
- Improve member retention through effective communication and problem-solving
- Purchase, merchandise, price, and track all retail sales items
- Manage front desk staff and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Provide on-going member service training and coaching to all associates
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years as a manager or supervisor in the fitness industry
- Previous experience in office administration and customer service
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and demands
