Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager at Charles Schwab, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. You will be the first point of contact at the branch and work cross-functionally with other branch team members and partners across the firm to meet our clients' needs. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer escalations, deepening internal and external client relationships, and acting as the Branch Manager in their absence. You will also be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the branch paperwork and operations flow, as well as implementing, training, and supporting new processes adopted by the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer escalations and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deepen their loyalty and trust in the firm
- Act as the Branch Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless operations and client service
- Coordinate and maintain the branch paperwork and operations flow
- Implement, train, and support new processes adopted by the firm
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7, 9/10, and 63 licenses
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- 3-5 years of experience in a security/financial services capacity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Notary
- 2+ years of experience in a management/supervisory capacity
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Strong financial acumen, especially regarding brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
- Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
