About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Broker Relationship Manager to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized accounts in the Medicare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in the Medicare industry with a focus on management/leadership.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and train a team of sales associates, utilize technology tools, and build and maintain relationships with communities and medical providers.
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to accomplish goals independently.
  • Prior sales experience in the health solutions industry.
  • Prior experience with laptop computers, cell phones, and the ability to navigate mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • This position requires approximately 50% or more travel with some overnight stays.
  • This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a clear and valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
  • You must be located in California (Concord and Bay area).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree.
  • Veteran or Veteran spouse preferred.
  • Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and an additional language (Chinese, Korean, or Spanish) without limitations or assistance.

  • To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:
  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended.
  • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection is suggested.
  • Satellite, cellular, and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
  • Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/ HIPAA information.
