Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in the Medicare industry with a focus on management/leadership.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and train a team of sales associates, utilize technology tools, and build and maintain relationships with communities and medical providers.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to accomplish goals independently.
- Prior sales experience in the health solutions industry.
- Prior experience with laptop computers, cell phones, and the ability to navigate mobile apps.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- This position requires approximately 50% or more travel with some overnight stays.
- This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a clear and valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
- You must be located in California (Concord and Bay area).
- Master's Degree.
- Veteran or Veteran spouse preferred.
- Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and an additional language (Chinese, Korean, or Spanish) without limitations or assistance.
- To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended.
- Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection is suggested.
- Satellite, cellular, and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
- Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
- Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/ HIPAA information.
