Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Schreiter Agency. As a Benefits Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our union members, ensuring they receive the benefits they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and receive client calls to address inquiries and provide assistance
  • Schedule appointments with clients who have requested information about our benefits
  • Conduct Zoom video calls to present and explain benefits in a clear and engaging manner
  • Deliver ongoing support to union members by addressing their inquiries, assisting with benefit changes, and facilitating claims processing to ensure a seamless experience
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by periodically following up to review needs, update benefits, and address any changes in their circumstances, ensuring their continued satisfaction and trust
Requirements
  • Work Ethic & Ambition: No experience or degree necessary, just a desire and commitment to succeed
  • Capable of communicating efficiently with clients to get them the benefits they need
  • Self-motivated while still having the ability to work within a team to hit personal and group goals
  • Being and remaining coachable with a learning mindset and an ability to adapt and adjust to new solutions and methods
  • Must have access to a computer and reliable internet connection for remote work
