Job Summary

Intellectual Technology, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior support team members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and efficient support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service or technical support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
