Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate mental health therapist to join our team. As a therapist with Ellie Mental Health, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, utilizing your creativity and expertise to provide exceptional therapy services.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans, ensuring ongoing documentation and case notes are completed according to company policy.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with our dynamic team to further our mission.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocol.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25-27 client visits per week, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university, with licensure in the State of Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT).
  • Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
