Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated therapist to join our team and work with a diverse clientele. As a therapist with Ellie Mental Health, you'll have the autonomy to thrive in an environment that values your independence, creativity, and compassion.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session.
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25-27 client visits per week.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Full licensure in the State of Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT).
  • Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
