Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated therapist to join our team. As a therapist with Ellie Mental Health - 046, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and contribute to a culture of creativity, authenticity, and compassion.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team to further the mission of the organization
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each session according to company guidelines
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Clinical licensure in the State of Maryland
  • Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
