We are a dynamic and compassionate mental health practice dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services to our diverse clientele. Our team is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients, and we are seeking a dedicated therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with the team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocol.
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25-27 client visits per week.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Candidates must have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track to obtain licensure in their designated field.
  • Candidates must be fully licensed in the State of Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT).
  • Required experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $72,000.00 - $78,300.00 per year, as well as flexible work-from-home options and a comprehensive benefits package.
