Covenant Health is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Associate to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing various accounting and financial tasks, including budget preparation, general ledger entry, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in annual budget preparation and variance reporting
  • Prepare and enter monthly journal entries into our accounting system
  • Reconcile monthly account analysis for general ledger accounts
  • Assist with annual audit workpapers and capital analysis
  • Perform bank reconciliations, prepare deposits, and initiate EFT payments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and techniques
  • Effective communication and interactive skills
