We are seeking a highly skilled HR Representative II-Contingent/Non Benefit Eligible to join our team at Trinity Health. This role will provide exceptional support to our colleagues and managers, ensuring a high-quality HR service delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consultation and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and colleagues.
- Manage escalated colleague issues and complex inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Support the HR Shared Services environment, providing expertise on HRIS and process integration.
- Collaborate with functional areas within HRSC, Total Rewards Benefits, and Payroll Departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain sustainable, efficient, and effective processes for supported RHM's within guaranteed service level agreements.
- High School diploma and three (3) years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role in a high-volume work environment.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HRIS (i.e. Workday) and processes, with understanding of downstream impact of transactions to benefits, pay, and other areas.
- Excellent communication, human relations, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite.
