We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer II to join our team at Roush. This role will involve working on a variety of automotive powertrain systems, including engines, drivelines, fuel and exhaust systems.

The successful candidate will work in a team environment to understand each product's unique needs and will perform independent project tasks and collaborate with customers and team members.

This position is located in Livonia, MI, and the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive or related industry.

The Project Engineer II will be responsible for translating product needs to design requirements, developing and executing Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) and Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP&R) documents, and managing CAD resources to develop 3D models and 2D prints.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
