**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process tickets through Provenue, handle exchanges, and troubleshoot loyalty platform issues with Pirates Points.
  • Record customer information into the CRM database to ensure accurate account management.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma required; prior experience working in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Applications and CRM systems an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
