Customer Service Associate Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this exciting opportunity, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support.
About the RoleAs a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the rental process, ensuring that customers receive world-class service and experience. Your primary focus will be on providing clean and safe vehicles to every customer, every time.
You will also be responsible for welcoming each customer with a smile, proudly representing Hertz with your professional appearance, language, and behavior. Additionally, you will take ownership of each customer's service experience by immediately owning and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class customer service by managing the rental (and occasionally return) process, in compliance with Hertz's policies and procedures.
- Welcome each customer with a smile and proudly represent Hertz with your professional appearance, language, and behavior.
- Focus on providing a clean and safe vehicle to every customer, every time.
- Take ownership of each customer's service experience by immediately owning and resolving issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for customer service and attention to detail. You should be self-motivated to achieve and exceed targeted goals, with strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.
Proficiency in English is required, as well as good communication skills both written and oral.
