Customer Service Lead

The Customer Service Lead is a vital position that requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for supervising and training Store Associates, ensuring efficient store operations, and maintaining a safe and clean shopping environment.
Responsibilities- Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Tend to merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram
- Perform receiving and stocking procedures
- Count and reconcile cash register drawers
- Prepare deposits and order change from the bank
- Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- At least one year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level
