Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at CRC Transportation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve productivity and reduce errors.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
