Job Title: Account Coordinator

Perdue Office Interiors, a Suddath Company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing client projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Process and track client orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and issue client proposals, quotes, and invoices.
  • Assist in the preparation and issue of client proposals, quotes, and invoices.
  • Coordinate and prepare paperwork for delivery, installation, and service requests.
  • Keep accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Furniture industry experience and project implementation preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with ability to learn and effectively use software applications.
