Job Opportunity

Bit By Bit Inc is seeking a skilled and dedicated Help Desk Engineer to provide top-notch technical support and customer service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client systems
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation
  • Manage client IT hardware inventory
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • User onboarding and offboarding
  • Audio/Visual Conference support

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in Windows Remote Desktop support and troubleshooting
  • Network and server monitoring
  • Antivirus deployment and management
  • Microsoft Active Directory Domain and File Server Administration
  • Private and hosted email management (Exchange, Office 365, Google Apps)
  • Email spam and antivirus administration
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite products
  • Experience with MFA, SSO, AD, and o365 preferred

Desirable Skills:

  • MSP experience
  • Experience supporting law firms
  • Network certifications and training (Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, and Cisco)
  • Firewall and switch administration

Education:

4-year college degree in a technical science or equivalent experience. Microsoft and/or Apple technical certifications are a plus.
