Help Desk Engineer

Bit By Bit Inc is seeking a skilled and dedicated Help Desk Engineer to provide top-notch technical support and customer service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client systems
- Create and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage client IT hardware inventory
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- User onboarding and offboarding
- Audio/Visual Conference support
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in Windows Remote Desktop support and troubleshooting
- Network and server monitoring
- Antivirus deployment and management
- Microsoft Active Directory Domain and File Server Administration
- Private and hosted email management (Exchange, Office 365, Google Apps)
- Email spam and antivirus administration
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite products
- Experience with MFA, SSO, AD, and o365 preferred
Desirable Skills:
- MSP experience
- Experience supporting law firms
- Network certifications and training (Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, and Cisco)
- Firewall and switch administration
