Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Administrator to join our team at Prominent Private School. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our faculty, students, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help Desk Management: Manage and maintain our help desk system, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Ticketing and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticketing and documentation systems, including vendor management and technical documentation.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support for MAC and IOS devices, as well as audiovisual equipment, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Interact with faculty, students, and staff in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Possess experience with MAC and IOS devices, JAMF, and help desk support software.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
