Job Title: Help Desk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk professional to join our team at Jobot Consulting. As a Help Desk specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and guidance on a wide range of IT-related issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, mobile devices, and other IT products
  • Document and track client issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other IT products
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent
