Compensation Specialist Job

We seek a part-time senior compensation specialist to support our payroll clients. This role involves working up to 15-20 hours per week with the possibility of more hours in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide payroll expertise and coaching to team members
  • Manage regular payroll processing activities and collaborate with clients on payroll-related needs
  • Oversee payroll compliance items, assist with employee benefits administration, and provide support for specialized payroll client projects
  • Work with multiple Payroll and HR Technology solutions and build and run custom payroll reports
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of payroll experience
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field
  • Location: Remote positions within the Eastern and Central time zones only
  • Software skills: MS Office and various software, Workday and ADP experience a plus

Estimated Salary Range: $52,880 - $69,300 per annum.
