Responsibilities

- Manage pre-employment processes, including criminal background checks and reference checks.\
- Conduct new hire orientation and HR training.\
- Enter and maintain the payroll system; run full cycle payroll processing on a weekly basis.\
- Oversee benefits, including health & welfare, ACA compliance, wellness, annual enrollment, EAP, and 401(k) plan administration.\
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS database.\
- Comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.\
- Generate various HR reports.\
\
Requirements
\- \
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources or a related field.\
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Representative.\
- Minimum 3 years' experience payroll processing (State of PA).\
- Experience with HR & Payroll data transfer files.\
- Previous HRIS knowledge and experience.\
\
Compensation and Benefits
\This position offers a competitive salary range of $58K - $62K, based on location and experience.
