Responsibilities

  • Manage pre-employment processes, including criminal background checks and reference checks.\
  • Conduct new hire orientation and HR training.\
  • Enter and maintain the payroll system; run full cycle payroll processing on a weekly basis.\
  • Oversee benefits, including health & welfare, ACA compliance, wellness, annual enrollment, EAP, and 401(k) plan administration.\
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS database.\
  • Comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\
  • Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.\
  • Generate various HR reports.\

Requirements

\
  • \
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources or a related field.\
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Representative.\
  • Minimum 3 years' experience payroll processing (State of PA).\
  • Experience with HR & Payroll data transfer files.\
  • Previous HRIS knowledge and experience.\

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $58K - $62K, based on location and experience.
