Financial Administrator for Catholic Education

Diocese of Allentown seeks an experienced Financial Administrator to support the mission of Catholic education. This full-time position is responsible for processing payroll, managing accounts receivable and payable, maintaining financial records, and providing administrative support to the school's leadership.
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in finance and accounting.
- The successful candidate will have experience with Sage accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for staff members, including salary projections and journal entries.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including processing invoices and payment requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including tuition collection and budget reports.
- Provide administrative support to the school's leadership, including data entry and report preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in Sage accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
