Job Overview
The MH Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Finance Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process all incoming and outgoing financial mail.
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable, oversee invoicing, payment processing, and bill tracking using Bill.com.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking expenses for staff and volunteers.
• Process check requests and manage spending forms.
• Hold and manage the organization's credit card, ensuring proper coding and reconciliation of all transactions.
• Assist with payroll processing as needed.
• Serve as the primary contact for the bookkeeper regarding daily financial transactions.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
• Familiarity with Bill.com or other financial management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information.
• Knowledge of Jewish holidays, customs, calendar, and Hebrew language is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $25 per hour.
