Job Summary

The Assistant Program Director will be responsible for ensuring that programmatic systems are in place to meet the clients' safety and service needs. This includes supervising Social Workers, Case Managers, and Case Associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and administrative oversight of the program
  • Provide ongoing training, supervision, and guidance to staff
  • Ensure knowledge of regulatory requirements and agency policy/standards
  • Provide program oversight in the absence of the Program Director
  • Review and evaluate comprehensive assessments, progress notes, service plans reviews, and discharge plans for quality and compliance
  • Participate in annual staff evaluations
Requirements
  • LMSW or a Master's degree in a closely related field
  • Prior experience with domestic violence population
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Solution-focused
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills
