- Prior experience in an administrative capacity; customer service experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute or higher.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
