About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support our Colors Group business in St. Louis. The primary focus of this position is to provide exceptional customer service and support office management functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all customer service general mailboxes and distribute purchase orders to the team for entry.
  • Forward document requests as needed to sales support and respond to general requests and provide order-specific documents.
  • Process customer Product Notification Letters and enter all customer complaints in the CRM database.
  • Provide On Time Delivery reports for customers upon request by Account Managers.
  • Assist with special projects, including creating PowerPoint presentations and correspondence, shipping traffic office document scanning, and compiling data.
  • Maintain a file of Visitors' Logs, arrange cab service for guests, and greet all visitors, notifying employees as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Microsoft Windows computer experience is preferred, with intermediate to advanced knowledge in all Microsoft office systems, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous two years' experience in office, customer service, or a related field is required.
  • Ability to communicate and interact well with people at all levels, handle pressure, and perform constant multi-tasking in the role.
