Job Summary

Ent Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative or Senior to provide exceptional member service and support to our members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring member satisfaction, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior member service through accurate and professional face-to-face member transactions.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of products and services available to members and provide referrals to such products and services.
  • Comply with safety and service standards defined in the Credit Union's Policies and Procedures documents, as well as financial regulations.
  • Meet job training requirements and maintain a cash drawer following procedures defined in the Credit Union's Cash Control Policy.
  • Remain cognizant of and adhere to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent.
  • 6+ months of customer service and cash handling experience, required.
  • Sales experience, preferred.
  • Member Relationship, Customer Service New Account, or equivalent training.
  • 1+ years' customer service, sales, or other related experience required.
  • 1+ years' financial institution experience, required.
  • 6+ months' cash handling experience.

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills

  • Enthusiastic attitude regarding helping our community.
  • Strong emphasis on member service and offering appropriate cross-sell / upsell opportunities to the member.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of all transactions is of critical importance.
  • Professional and courteous communication skills are of critical importance.
  • Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Comfortable handling physical money with a high level of accuracy with members directly.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Outlook and web-based transactional systems to complete day-to-day member requests.
  • Able to use 10-Key by touch, preferred.
