Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor medication management and ensure accurate and timely administration
  • Perform resident assessments to identify individual care needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide leadership and guidance on health issues, including infection control and prevention
  • Provide onsite medical care and communicate changing medical needs to the team and family members
  • Champion high-quality care and infection control practices
  • Verify physician orders and ensure accurate documentation
  • Communicate move-in/move-out information and supervise the ordering, delivery, transcription, and documentation of medication, treatments, and orders

Requirements

  • Current nursing license in the state
  • Previous supervisory experience, including management, coaching, and health care services
  • Previous experience supervising direct care staff
  • Experience as a RN or LPN/LVN
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly
