Compliance Investigations Manager

Position Overview
The Compliance Investigations Manager is responsible for conducting inquiries into high-stakes compliance issues, supporting the Corporate Affairs division of CVS Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with internal experts to interpret regulatory guidelines and policies.
- Formulate and execute investigation plans and methodologies.
- Provide actionable recommendations for improvements based on investigative outcomes.
- Analyze and assess relevant data to draw informed conclusions for each case.
- Document findings and present them to relevant stakeholders, including Management, HR, Compliance, and Legal.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in investigations, ideally within a corporate setting.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of corporate investigative practices.
- Familiarity with evidence collection and preservation protocols.
- Proficiency in standard business software applications.
- Basic understanding of data acquisition techniques for business technologies.
- Awareness of corporate financial controls and fraud detection methods.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
