Position Overview

The Compliance Investigations Manager is responsible for conducting inquiries into high-stakes compliance issues, supporting the Corporate Affairs division of CVS Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal experts to interpret regulatory guidelines and policies.
  • Formulate and execute investigation plans and methodologies.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for improvements based on investigative outcomes.
  • Analyze and assess relevant data to draw informed conclusions for each case.
  • Document findings and present them to relevant stakeholders, including Management, HR, Compliance, and Legal.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in investigations, ideally within a corporate setting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of corporate investigative practices.
  • Familiarity with evidence collection and preservation protocols.
  • Proficiency in standard business software applications.
  • Basic understanding of data acquisition techniques for business technologies.
  • Awareness of corporate financial controls and fraud detection methods.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
