Job Title: Materials Coordinator

At Slingshot Biosciences Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, purchasing, and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, track stock, and perform physical inventory counts
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and consumables
  • Process and ship products to customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Assist with purchasing and procurement of materials and supplies
  • Perform receiving inspections and release materials according to company procedures
  • Support product investigations and report discrepancies according to procedures
  • Track and report on inventory levels, including damaged or expired items
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Background in warehouse, inventory management, shipping, planning, and scheduling
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
