Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, members, and brokers to drive sales growth and retention.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to requests for proposal (RFPs) and coordinating with sales support as needed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal partners to meet and exceed client expectations, and support internal and external client reporting as needed.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of related experience, or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
- Sales License: Obtain and appoint a sales license within 60 days of hire.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with internal partners to meet and exceed client expectations, and assist with upsells.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tool.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 20-30%.

Work EnvironmentWe operate in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy, requiring associates to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
