Sales Account Representative

The Sales Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for The Sliding Door Company's commercial clients, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. This role requires a consultative sales approach, with a focus on providing expert knowledge and solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Main Responsibilities- Master product details and applications to effectively communicate value to clients
- Meet or exceed sales goals while building a book of business through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Efficiently manage account relationships and follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Proactively build and maintain an accurate and current pipeline to drive sales growth
- Schedule meetings or showroom events with clients/potential clients to showcase products and services
- Prospect and build a book of business through trade relationships with architects, developers, and contractors
- Assist walk-ins and incoming calls from potential clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Accurately enter data into the company's CRM system to track sales activity and customer interactions
- Administer all day-to-day operations of the showroom, including managing inventory and maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Effectively manage and maintain accurate reports, such as daily sales reports, weekly pipeline reports, and lead reports
- 5 years of successful sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills and a high closing ratio
- Technical skills and ability to develop new business through cold calling and networking
- Outgoing, professional, and self-motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with commercial space plans and drawings is a plus
- Available to work some Saturdays
- Current and valid driver's license
- High School Diploma; Associates preferred
- BA – Interior Design is a plus
