- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with the latest industry developments and technologies to ensure our fleet remains safe and efficient.
- Medium/Heavy Duty Truck Technical Training: Possess a strong understanding of medium and heavy-duty truck systems and components.
- ASE Certifications: Hold ASE certifications in automotive or medium/heavy-duty trucks.
- Experience in Fleet Maintenance: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
