Sysco is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our fleet maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance Inspections: Conduct regular inspections on all fleet vehicles to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
  • Diagnose and Repair Complex Issues: Use your expertise to diagnose and repair complex issues with our vehicles, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document all work performed on work orders and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other technicians and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with the latest industry developments and technologies to ensure our fleet remains safe and efficient.
Requirements
  • Medium/Heavy Duty Truck Technical Training: Possess a strong understanding of medium and heavy-duty truck systems and components.
  • ASE Certifications: Hold ASE certifications in automotive or medium/heavy-duty trucks.
  • Experience in Fleet Maintenance: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
