Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external customers on rental status and equipment-related research, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  2. Rental Contracting: Create rental contracts within our company system, coordinate asset movement, and ensure accurate documentation.
  3. Equipment Management: Provide unit updates to other branches, customers, and sales representatives, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  4. Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule rental equipment delivery, manage bill of ladings for records, and process payables for freight and vendor invoices.
  5. File Management: Create and manage virtual files as well as hard copy files of unit transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  6. Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and review rental maintenance tickets, coordinate rental preventative maintenance work orders, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  7. Customer Relationship Building: Foster customer relationships by making outbound prospecting calls, following up on sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service, communication, and multi-tasking skills; strong ability with navigating Microsoft-based programs/company systems; excellent time management skills; good knowledge of industry, dealership, and general business operations; ability to work with a high sense of urgency and minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements: Working conditions are normal for an office environment; ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
