We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team at Colliers International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new and expanding business opportunities in the Greater Tampa region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and network with key and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier clients in the commercial real estate industry.

Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of commercial real estate sales experience.
- Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of Florida (or in process of obtaining).
- Deep understanding of market cycles and ability to develop short and long-term strategies.
- Highly motivated and organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience using CRM programs.
