Job Title: Personal Lines Insurance Producer

At GPAC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Insurance Producer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue growth through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis by identifying and pursuing cross-selling opportunities with other practices.
  • Generate sufficient new business leads and first appointment activity volume through self-generated referral systems, centers of influence, and community engagement.
  • Utilize CRM to support the sales process, including input of accurate and timely information relative to first appointments and follow-ups.
  • Develop and deploy sales/marketing strategies to optimize the company position in the marketplace.
  • Work collaboratively with the account management team to achieve revenue growth targets.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in insurance sales or a related field.
  • Personable, initiative-taking, purposeful, and organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organization and follow-up skills, with the ability to work with senior-level management and have a top-level executive presence.
  • College degree preferred, with a P&C License.
