Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Join Altitude Development Group as an Outside Sales Representative and make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with clients, building lasting relationships, and delivering top-quality solutions that bring financial security and peace of mind.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, changing environment where you will be empowered to take ownership of your sales territory and drive results. You will be trained to call on small and medium-sized businesses, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer our industry-leading supplemental insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with clients and build meaningful relationships to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong book of business, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Work independently, setting your own schedule and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and quotas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to drive sales and growth.

Requirements:
  • Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered).
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
