Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in building relationships with our clients and helping them achieve their goals. You will have the opportunity to participate in a career track to management within 60-90 days of tenure, with a comprehensive training program that promotes from within. Our representatives do not engage in cold-calling or solicitation, instead, we leverage our public relations department's connections with over 44,000 groups across North America to provide our clients with valuable benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with clients
  • Work collaboratively with our public relations department to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing and energetic personality with a positive attitude
  • Accountability and coachability
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
