Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at WTW inc. as a Commercial Insurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing an active pipeline of new business opportunities, working closely with existing and prospective clients to understand their unique coverage needs and providing consultative advice on key risk areas.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients, utilizing marketing resources and practice groups to develop effective sales strategies.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and risk assessments to identify potential cross-selling opportunities and develop unique prospect programs.
- Maintain consistent and high-quality touch points with clients, including phone and face-to-face interactions, to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in stewardship meetings and support the Client Management team in identifying and closing rounding opportunities.
- Develop new relationships with individuals responsible for insurance and risk management decisions, and obtain referral leads from existing clients.
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in a related field of study (preferred).
- Valid State-relevant insurance license(s) (if applicable).
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in specialty lines, such as Construction, Healthcare, Real Estate & Hospitality, and Life Sciences.
- Proven track record of successful pipeline development, delivery of effective sales strategies, and reputation as a client-centric sales professional.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of principles and methods of selling products, services, and value propositions, as well as sales marketing strategies and tactics.
