We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at WTW inc. as a Commercial Insurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing an active pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting, client outreach, and needs analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients using marketing resources and practice groups.
- Design and implement individual prospect sales strategies and develop unique prospect programs.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and risk assessments to identify clients' unique coverage needs.
- Provide consultative advice on key risk areas and identify potential cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain consistent and high-quality touch points with clients through phone and face-to-face interactions.
- Champion the proper advocacy of claims and participate in stewardship meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (preferred).
- Valid State-relevant insurance license(s) (if applicable).
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in specialty lines (e.g., Construction, Healthcare, Real Estate & Hospitality, Life Sciences).
- Proven track record of successful pipeline development, delivery of effective sales strategies, and reputation as a client-centric sales professional.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of insurance and risk management products, services, and value propositions.
- Ability to identify and leverage essential information, think critically and logically, and work in a client-centric strategic and decisive manner.
