Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Credit and Collections Analyst to join our team at QED. As a key member of our Credit and Sales teams, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, supporting our credit and sales efforts, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume shared mailbox workflow with daily deadlines
  • Customer setup and maintenance, credit investigations, lien waiver processing, and credit reporting
  • Cross-functional support, decision-making, and communication with teammates
  • Collections and customer service, including past-due invoices and disputes
  • Lien releases, credit card payments, and remote capture deposits
  • Reporting, including AIR Aging, delinquency reports, and ad-hoc requests
  • System maintenance, including new account setup and customer maintenance
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-year degree
  • 2-5 years of construction experience or education
  • Knowledge of construction lien laws in our operating territories and credit review/collections is required
  • Key Systems: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Eclipse, CRF, Bill Trust, GETPAID, and Credit Reporting Agencies
  • Must be able to handle a high work volume with customer experience
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, planning, organizational, and execution skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive approach to problem resolution and goal achievement
