Position Overview

Role Summary

We are in search of a Service Engineer who will primarily focus on the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process and provide essential support to our internal technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the repair process for batteries returned to our facility.
  • Diagnose technical issues and develop comprehensive repair plans.
  • Oversee the execution of repairs, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for engineering-related support.
  • Manage the RMA process effectively.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to technicians as needed.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A technical degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of applicable engineering experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • The willingness to travel occasionally.
