About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Support Lead to join our team at The Sliding Door Company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales support team, managing CRM data, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up with leads and optimize the sales process.
  • Manage the CRM system, analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement changes accordingly.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, resolving issues and providing solutions.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and guiding team members.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Sales Support or CRM Management
  • IT technical proficiency, including CRM systems, M365, and Excel
  • Effective communication skills
  • Customer relationship skills
  • This position requires working on-site in our corporate office

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
