Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the switchboard by answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Handle all phone communications and route calls to the correct departments.
- Assist with patient, client, and employee inquiries, as well as maintain accurate records.
- Document phone messages thoroughly and ensure timely delivery.
- Effectively multitask by managing incoming calls, visitors, and various office tasks.
- Oversee the collection and distribution of mail and packages.
- Welcome all visitors and applicants, directing them as necessary.
- Monitor office supplies, ensuring they are stocked and organized.
- Provide support with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Complete additional assignments as required.
- May have access to personal health information (PHI) to perform the above duties, with access and disclosure governed by organizational policies.

- Maintain office organization, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for meetings and events.
