Job Description

At Scismic, we're revolutionizing the scientific research landscape with our innovative platform. As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be a key member of our team, ensuring our customers have a seamless and successful experience. You'll be the voice of our customers, building and maintaining strong relationships and driving long-term growth.

The Role

As a Customer Success Executive, you'll provide exceptional customer service and support, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You'll help resolve issues, provide training and guidance, and proactively identify potential concerns. Your goal will be to build trust and ensure our customers get the most out of their experience with Scismic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective customer support via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and provide training and guidance on using our platform.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful support.
  • Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the product team to improve our platform and services.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to existing customers.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage and behavior to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. You should have a minimum of 10 years in a customer success or account management role, with experience in the scientific research industry being a plus. You'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
