Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at the Nicole Freer Group. As a top-producing real estate team in the Houston Metro, we have a proven track record of success and are committed to building a better community.

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with multiple qualified clients each day, utilizing your exceptional sales and customer service skills to facilitate sales and ensure a mutually beneficial close. If you excel at sales, customer service, priority management, and diligent customer follow-up, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales and ensure a mutually beneficial close
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries
  • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
  • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Maintain and grow existing partnerships to expand our sales results
  • Utilize various marketing platforms to bring exposure to Builders in the area
  • Building relationships with sales counselors in the north side of Houston through constant visits, lunches, happy hours, and dinners
  • Connect builders with our marketing team to execute marketing concepts

  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
