About the Job
">We are seeking a skilled Resort Hospitality Leader to join our team at Dollywood. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing leadership to our staff.
Job Description:
">- Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Ensure that all guests receive warm, friendly, and efficient service throughout their stay.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of hospitality professionals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage Front Office Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest communication.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Work closely with our revenue management team to identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies and yield management techniques.
- Maintain High Levels of Guest Satisfaction: Continuously monitor and improve guest satisfaction levels through regular feedback and survey analysis.
- Analyze and Improve Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement in our front office operations and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
">- Minimum 2 Years of Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to drive results.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year: Based on experience and qualifications.
