- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in an insurance or related industry.
- License: P & C license (General Lines) required. Life and Health license a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
