  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in an insurance or related industry.
  • License: P & C license (General Lines) required. Life and Health license a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
