At Corradino, you will collaborate with a committed group of professionals dedicated to making a positive impact on communities nationwide. With over 52 years of experience, Corradino excels in providing engineering, planning, architectural, environmental, and construction management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative assistance to executive leadership and management personnel.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes.
  • Develop responses to inquiries and foster positive relationships with both internal staff and external partners.
  • Manage general office supplies and perform routine office tasks such as mailings and deliveries.
  • Coordinate activities between project managers and external parties.
  • Gather information and prepare proposals and reports by contacting internal staff and external companies.
  • Collaborate with the Production Department and Project Managers to create high-quality responses for client requests.
  • Draft and review proposal and marketing materials, coordinating with the project team.
  • Maintain proposal files and marketing databases, and update resumes and project descriptions.
  • Possess a working knowledge of creating quality graphics for covers, tabs, organizational charts, brochures, and social media advertisements.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Strong spelling, grammar, proofreading, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills are highly desirable.

Software Proficiency:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Adobe Creative Suite:

  • Familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro DC is a plus.
  • Basic web administration skills are also beneficial.

Position Requirements:

Education: A four-year degree in English, Communications, or Marketing, or equivalent business experience, along with two years of experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with a preference for familiarity with engineering marketing. The ability to work independently on initiatives as well as collaboratively in a team environment is essential. A creative approach to data design and strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
